We offer this service for brides who have taken care of the details of their wedding on their own or have hired their own wedding planner. Day of services include helping the wedding planner or bride orchestrate the logistics of the event. The ranch has several sites where activities can be taking place simultaneously or in a planned order, and having an onsite coordinator is a key to executing a flawless celebration. We will assist in the flow of the events, directing vendor set up, preparing each venue for the next activity, and being available to the bride and wedding party with undivided attention for any need that may arise. We know the ranch backward and forward and our services are provided as that extra set of hands to make this very important day stress free.
