• Every building on the property to use as you wish (think Photo Booth in the Jail or Candy Bar in the General Store, Chapel or Outdoor Arbor for ceremony, and the Barn for reception) from 12pm-12am (Noon-Midnight). Music ends at 11 P.M.
• This option includes our brand new two story Saloon Reception Hall (300 person capacity).

• Day before dress rehearsal is available for decorating. A 2 hour time slot for Bridal Portraits on a weekday of choice (9-5)

• Bridesmaid’s Dressing and Makeup area

• Groom’s quarters for the day

• In-law cabin for the day

• Hand-carved cedar tables and chairs

• Full Bar with keg taps, True Refrigerators, ice machine etc.

• Vintage pickup trucks for staging s’mores bars, appetizers, or pictures

• Full room of decor options (chandeliers to hang in the trees outside, grapevine lighted balls for the trees, candelabras, vases, etc.)

We offer this service for brides who have taken care of the details of their wedding on their own or have hired their own wedding planner. Day of services include helping the wedding planner or bride orchestrate the logistics of the event. The ranch has several sites where activities can be taking place simultaneously or in a planned order, and having an onsite coordinator is a key to executing a flawless celebration. We will assist in the flow of the events, directing vendor set up, preparing each venue for the next activity, and being available to the bride and wedding party with undivided attention for any need that may arise. We know the ranch backward and forward and our services are provided as that extra set of hands to make this very important day stress free.
